I didn't lose any weight, but I haven't lost my perserverence!!! Here's a to a better week!
ReplyDeleteI just started my diet/blog and weighed in and measured this morning... (so it's kinda week 1.5 for me and my blog) but hey, my numbers are up and an embarrassing story is coming soon!!! yikes...
ReplyDeleteI didn't lose any weight htis week either...but I didn't gain either....so, I'll just keep moving on and hope that I'm building muscle under my flab.... :)

I enjoyed swimsuit shopping last weekend even though I didn't lose any weight.

ReplyDeleteLadies you are my lifesavers! There was I wondering if I should be feeling like a failure or perhaps ashamed because I had no change this week. Yet I'm not alone and we are all still positive.

ReplyDeleteI am going to joing but have to go home and weigh myself. I am a food blogger so eating is really part of my life, and I have been slowly putting on the kg's (pounds)! I know that I need to make more of an effort to be heatlhy AND exercise more so am also trying to do healthy eating month on my blog. You guys are doing really well. Good luck!
